Indulge yourself with this guilt-free low sugar high protein chocolate berries ice cream.



Ingredients
  • 1/2 serve Metagenics Chocolate protein powder (0g sugar, 10g protein)

  • 1 medium banana (frozen)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries/raspberries

  • Plenty of ice cubes



Method
  1. Blend all together into smooth ice cream consistency and serve immediately.


Suggestions

  • Top some fresh berries or other fresh fruit before serving.

  • Blend up some extra servings and keep in the freezer for your next treat.



Notes

Metagenics protein powder can be replaced with sugar-free cocoa powder if preferred. However, protein content of the ice cream will be significantly reduced.
