Mango Red Pepper Salsa

Ingredients
1 ripe mango
1 red pepper
1 tbsp lemon / lime juice
1⁄4 red onion
1⁄4 clove garlic
1⁄2 red chilli
Pinch of salt and pepper
Handful fresh coriander
Method
Finely dice the mango, red pepper, onion, garlic and chilli and add them all to a bowl. Stir in the lemon / lime juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with a handful of finely chopped fresh coriander.
