Senior Accredited Practising Dietitian & Accredited Nutritionist

Angeline is an internationally recognised Senior Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist who has inspired thousands of individuals to reclaim their health and vitality through the power of real food.

With over 15 years of combined experience in the healthcare industry, Angeline brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt passion to her work.

In 2012, Angeline founded BBDiet (Back to Basics Dietetics) — a private dietetic practice providing trusted nutrition services to medical centres, NDIS participants, and residential aged care facilities across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Her clinical interests focus on inflammatory and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, IBS, arthritis, cancer nutrition, food allergies, and intolerances, as well as women’s health — spanning PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, PMS, and menopause. She also supports clients with eating disorders and alcohol addiction, recognising the powerful connection between nutrition and mental wellbeing.

A firm believer that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when given the right conditions, Angeline empowers her clients to restore balance through whole foods and sustainable lifestyle changes. As a mother, she also has a deep passion for pregnancy and child nutrition, helping families nurture health from the very beginning.

At the heart of her approach is personalisation — tailoring every plan to align with each client’s unique lifestyle, food preferences, exercise habits, and medical needs. Witnessing her clients’ transformations — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally — fuels her dedication to make evidence-based nutrition simple, practical, and life-changing.
