Who can benefit? 

The 14-Day Meal Plan is specifically designed to suit people of all ages with various dietary needs and preferences including:

  • Incorporating nutrient-dense wholefoods for optimal health.

  • Weight loss, weight gain or weight maintenance with recommended daily calorie allowance.

  • Learning how to eat well when you have a medical condition/s that requires special menu prescriptions such as IBS, Low Fodmap diet, coeliac disease, diverticulitis, diabetes, heart disease etc.

  • Learning how to optimise nutrient intake (with increased iron, calcium or other requirements).

  • Learning how to eat well alternative diets e.g. Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian.​

What you get?

  1. Two sets of 7-day personalised meal plans that have been carefully designed by an Accredited Practising Dietitian based on your food preferences and dietary needs (Ideally one set is designed based on your preference and the second set is based on what our dietitian think is best for you to help optimise your health outcomes). 

  2. A daily menu with recipes provided that you can easily print out and stick on the fridge.

  3. The meals include unprocessed whole food ingredients, good diet variety, and well-planned serving sizes to help optimise nutrition and weight and health goals.

  4. Meals for one. You can easily increase the serve size as required to suit your family needs.

  5. Essential shopping list.

  6. Dietitian personalised message and nutrition plan for you to help optimise your nutrition adequacy and goals. 

  7. Nutrition and meal ideas and tips to help you learn how to plan and modify new meal plan.

Step 2: 

Complete a questionnaire form. 

(Payment is required to be completed)

Once payment has received and questionnaire is completed, we will be in touch with you via email or phone to clarify any further questions if required. 

You will receive your 7-Day Personalised Meal Plan via email within 7 business days after obtaining all information we need.
