The 7 Day program is specifically designed to suit people (aged 16 and over) with various dietary needs and preferences including:

  • Weight loss, weight gain or weight maintenance with recommended daily calorie allowance.

  • Learning how to eat well when you have a medical condition/s that requires special menu prescriptions such as IBS, Low Fodmap diet, coeliac disease, diverticulitis, diabetes, heart disease etc.

  • Learning how to optimise nutrient intake (with increased iron, calcium or other requirements).

  • Learning how to eat well alternative diets e.g. Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian.​
