Oat Waffle Delight

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oat

  • 1 cup organic soy milk or almond milk









Method

1. Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour batter into the waffle maker to bake for a couple of minutes until lightly browned.

3. Serve with sliced banana, fresh berries, maple syrup or tahini spread or eat as it is.





Suggestions:

If the batter thickens, you may make it thinner it with some water or soy milk to a medium pouring consistency.
