GP Referral

Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients with a EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) referral from their GP.

NDIS

We offer a range of packages for clients on self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding. Complete our NDIS referral form to get started.

DVA

All DVA clients are fully bulk-billed. 

Home visits/Telehealth available on request. Ask your GP for a D904 Referral.

Private Health Funds

Private health fund rebates are available for dietitian services (under extra covers). Check with your private health funds regarding your policy covers.
