1) Email referrals to admin@bbdiet.com.au  or
2) Medical Objects (search Angeline Stania or BBDiet of any of the selected locations, and it will be sent to our BBDiet inbox)

 

• Patients under EPC plan - Up to 5 sessions  

 

• Patients under Referral for allied health services under Medicare for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent - up to 10 sessions 

 

• DVA clients 

 

• NDIS clients

• Diabetes Group Program - Patients with type 2 diabetes are eligible to participate in Diabetes group sessions up to 8 sessions a year with Medicare rebates.

• 20 Sessions of Eating Disorder Nutrition and Counseling Support for dietitian services (See attached referral form).

• Home Care / Aged Care Package

• In person, Telehealth (Video and Phone), home visits, Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) visits are available.
