  • 1/2 serve Metagenics Vanilla protein powder (0g sugar)

  • 1 medium banana (frozen)

  • Plenty of ice cubes



Method
  1. Blend all together into smooth ice cream consistency.

Suggestions

  • Top some fresh berries or other fresh fruit before serving.

  • Blend up some extra servings and keep in the freezer for your next treat.

  • Try frozen mango instead of frozen banana.
